Interest
  1. The desire to have a moderate judicial branch of government. Balance in the Courts is important. After two Obama terms, the courts have moved too far to the liberal extreme. 
  2. The desire to not leave our kids and grand kids with trillions of dollars of debt is a valid interest. 
  3. The desire to have two strong political parties is a valid interest
